One thing I did not like was that both husband and wife were required by the company to be present in order to sign the paperwork. That is not how we run our home and I would have liked the ability to go on my own without being required to have my husband with me. But Larry, the salesperson, was phenomenal. He and his son were able to answer all of our questions and they helped us choose which windows we needed to instal. I was very happy working with him. The installer was also great to work with. He was extremely personable and also able to answer any of my questions or concerns. My biggest concern was the financial aspect of the project. I wanted to know how much it would be and be able to choose a good window. They were able to educate me and answer all of my questions. We have worked with them before, so we are repeat customers to Hansons Windows. We hope to be doing more windows with them in about a year. more
