next guy's roofing you really need to drug test your contracters and did a bad job come go come go sitting around .poor service all the way around

They were pretty efficient. The installers worked well together. They were right on. I don't see anything they need to change as long as they have efficient workers like Ted and Ryan. more

Best of the bunch 12/20/2012

I checked with five other companies before deciding on Hansons. I like their reputation and life time warranty. The other companies didn't have anything in writing, while Hansons did. So that was number one.\r \r I considered Home Depot and four other companies. The quality of their windows and the guarantee did not meet my expectations. I didn't feel comfortable that they would address any issues that may come up. Hansons was straight forward. I felt confident that they would stand behind their product and workmanship. I was very satisfied working with Jessica and Ray.\r \r I tell everyone who asks about my windows about Hansons. I have recommended them to a lot of people.\r \r I wouldn't change anything. more

We had Wallside out. We felt that Hansons had a superior product to Wallside. We went with the triple pane.\r I was most satisfied with the salesperson. He was awesome. He was funny and entertaining. I think he is the reason we chose them. His presentation showed us why they were better.\r \r We considered Wallside and The Home Depot. We chose Hansons because of the price and the presentation. He showed us the steel in the frame of the window. It was a better product.\r We couldn't be happier, the whole process has just been just great.\r more

Great salesperson, great company 11/1/2012

I was most impressed with Evan Carlson the salesperson. We had a prior person from a different company come out and the guy was extremely rude when we said we weren't sure about doing the job immediately. Evan Carlson was completely patient with us, took the time to explain the product without being pushy or rude when learning we may not do the project right away.\r \r If 1-800-Hansons continues having sales personnel like Evan Carlson the company will do great. He was great, didn't act above anyone. He was very friendly and informative, I felt I knew what I was getting into. He was not pushy. He was very informative about the windows and made it very comfortable for us to make a decision on the windows.\r \r I was most satisfied because they did a good job and everyone was very professional. We were very satisfied with the work they did. more

I think Hansons did a fabulous job, and word of mouth is always huge. I've been telling my friends how great they are. They gave great follow up, and I'm very pleased.There was such involvement with always calling us. We were impressed with the quality of the job, but we live way in the country so it was hard to find us. There were issues trying to locate the house. Our salesperson was great with calling us, and that little bit makes for a great business relationship. I was very impressed. They finished the job and we got a call an hour later asking us if we were pleased. It's great service. more

For our recently purchased replacement windows, we considered Wallside, Pella, and a few others. I looked at all the major companies but I threw all their information out. There was no presentation like with 1-800-Hansons. When we called 1-800-Hansons, we were sold. I used to have to put towels in the cracks of my windows and a blanket rolled up against the bottom of the door wall. I couldn't do it anymore. Joe explained the way the condensation was getting into our house. It used to be freezing in our house. Last night, I had to drop the thermostat down because I was so warm! I used to have to clean my windows all the time, but these windows don't collect dirt. I am so happy with my windows. Thank you, 1-800-Hansons! more
