I am very pleased with the siding job that was recently completed on my home. My sales person, Dave Ritenour, was very helpful during the sales process and patient coming to my home twice to make sure that we made the best decision on colors and siding type. During the actual installation, the siding team was on time daily and kept me updated through out the entire job. I noticed that the team was extremely focused and treated this project as if it were their own home. I am very impressed with my siding crew led by Kenneth Fuller and the level of professionalism and focus on the customer. I want to make sure that this crew would receive proper recognition. I am so impressed with their team work and dedication to my project. The job results were beyond my expectations. more

We had windows done by Hansons. Everyone I talked to at the company, including the people on the phone and the installers, were courteous and polite. All my contact with them has been good. If people like that worked at AT&T, they would make more money. With me and the people on the phone and with the installers, there was no miscommunication. Messages were passed in a timely fashion. I will get six more windows from them soon. If they could polish up the salespeople a little bit more so that they give a quick and precise sales pitch, they would be doing well. I was most satisfied with the fact that the product that was ordered came in a little bit ahead of time and the delivery and installation went better than promised. When I do order the other six windows for this house, I will specifically ask for the same installer who did the front two windows. I don't want anyone else on the job but him. The reasons I picked Hansons was the quality of their product and their guarantee. I did not call any other companies because I have already decided that I would use Hansons for my windows. I have seen competitor's windows falling apart. I have seen a very bad Walside job where they took advantage of mentally handicapped people. more

We used Hansons Windows for our new roof and gutters. They covered everything well. I really liked Joe, our salesperson. He let me know exactly what would happen, the materials they would use, and how they would do the work very well. The installers also did not mind me asking a bunch of questions and they also explained things to me well. Their workmanship was excellent. The concern always is getting a quality contractor; someone who won't leave you hanging and will do the work as expected. Being as they had good communication with me and scheduled well, they pretty much took all of that concern away. They did a good job. I went to Hansons first because I had work done previously on another house by them. Because of the work that they did there, I pretty much started out with 1-800-Hansons and went with them. The only thing I am going to do next is roofing my other house, but I do not know what the timing is going to be on that. It may or may not be next year, depending on cash flow. They did a really good job on my main house, so I definitely will want to use them again. I was really happy with my experience with 1-800-Hansons so far. I am more than happy to let people know about them and the quality work they did for me. more

That was the first time I had a new window installed so I didn't know what to expect. They really knew what they were doing and they did it in a timely fashion. The installation guys knew what they were doing and the trim guys did an especially fantastic job. The windows were 20 years old, they were sagging, so I had to have them replaced. I had used Hansons Windows before, so I went back to them. I had Hansons come in first. I liked the way salesperson portrayed the company and I knew what I was getting, having used them before. We redid the whole house, so we don't have anything left to do! more

My suggestion would be that Hansons mention that earlier in the process. I think that would attract a lot of impulse buyers, especially if you could put the blinds into the same financing plan - that would be huge. I was definitely most satisfied with the siding, just because my siding was so bad before. The windows went in smoother, and they were probably the most professional crew, but I was just most happy with getting the siding done. The selling point for me was when they said they would put the gutters in for me. That sold me. more

I admit I was skeptical since they were such a big company, and they came by door to door, but they agreed to everything and didn't keep anything in the dark from us. We were satisfied with the work they did. They were professional and quick and kept in contact with us the whole time. I will definitely be using them again! more
