I was most impressed with Evan Carlson the salesperson. We had a prior person from a different company come out and the guy was extremely rude when we said we weren't sure about doing the job immediately. Evan Carlson was completely patient with us, took the time to explain the product without being pushy or rude when learning we may not do the project right away.\r

If 1-800-Hansons continues having sales personnel like Evan Carlson the company will do great. He was great, didn't act above anyone. He was very friendly and informative, I felt I knew what I was getting into. He was not pushy. He was very informative about the windows and made it very comfortable for us to make a decision on the windows.\r

I was most satisfied because they did a good job and everyone was very professional. We were very satisfied with the work they did.
