they did a great job!!! I knew from the beginning this was the company I wanted to hire... over the phone this really nice lady answered, with a great tone of voice and a lot of knowledge. she had an answer for all of my questions and very good answers at that. I booked an apt with them for a next day. when the tech came out (on time) they scoped out the carpet and performed a couple of test in front of me to show me how the carpet would look. I like the price and I liked how the carpet looked. I said yes, and before I knew it they were done with the cleaning. I looked at my carpet and it looked brand new. thanks to their hard working techs and all their skills my carpet looked so much better than I was hoping it would.\r more

Superb work 3/1/2012

I hired them to deep clean my mattress. They did a wonderful job restoring it to its original condition. They guys are really nice too. and i didn’t have to wait long for the mattress to dry. Their steam cleaning system works really well more

Love how I got a good price for great service, I enjoyed the experience the whole staff was nice and very informative. The quality of work was splendid I would definitely want them to come back, and to top it all off I received 10% discount for being a first time customer. more

Tried them out for the forst time, at first I was a bit nervous that things wouldn't turn out as I wanted or expected but I still let the tech do his job. As he was half way through I walked in to the room and noticed th difference in the carpet and couch. He was diligent and helpful, I was more than happy to see I had made a good choice. In the end I was satisfied, sure things didn't turn out how I planned, they turned out being better. Surely a great experience. more
