Tried them out for the forst time, at first I was a bit nervous that things wouldn't turn out as I wanted or expected but I still let the tech do his job. As he was half way through I walked in to the room and noticed th difference in the carpet and couch. He was diligent and helpful, I was more than happy to see I had made a good choice. In the end I was satisfied, sure things didn't turn out how I planned, they turned out being better. Surely a great experience.
