RUMOURS is conveniently located for all those trendy, college age, young at heart people out there at 930 South Gilbert Street, just a short walk from downtown Iowa City and U of I campus.
It is as I mentioned a young feeling salon but in no way does it only portray young trendy styles. RUMORS is sensitive to the fact that they are located in a college town and thus they are a bit innovative in styling, but also they realize they are stuck in the middle of the midwest so you won't see styles walking out their door that frighten young babes in arms!
Included but not limited in their specializations are....manicures and pedicures, waxing, facials, texturizing , coloring and of course styling. This salon has great customer service, styling and atmosphere as well.
Now, don't let my review title put you off. Just because I find RUMOURS a bit on the young and trendy side doesn't mean that it won't be the perfect place for you! In fact, I may celebrate the first day of school...by going to RUMOURS and feeling like a kid again myself! ;-)
