Bought a backpack and thermarest self-inflating pad. Thankfully, I had done some research on my pack to know what size I needed, because the guy that worked there didn't seem to know how to fit a pack. Also, the self-inflating pad was defective, and due to their no refund policy, I now have to wait for them to get a new one from the supplier. It's been four weeks. I could have bought one at Dick's and returned it the next day! Oh yeah, they're making me pay the shipping for the new pad!
