You can start doing this by never taking your car to Ourisman Ford in Bethesda, MD! I guess they think since Bethesda, MD is a high end community, full of Lawyers and Doctors, they can get away with charging an arm and a leg for stuff that doesn't even need to get fixed! They WILL charge you just to find out what is wrong with your car, and then to fix it. I have never seen an auto shop charge for an evaluation, unless nothing needs to be fixed. Even if you are ok with that, what they charge is out the roof compared to other shops. Do not take your car here! Forget about getting your car on time, they will offer countless excuses till you are sitting there till closing time.. and then you're lucky to get your car back that day. Watch out, they will also change your original estimate, without consent, and charge you much more!
