I have been going to Salon 2000 Day Spa in Eden Prairie for over five years. When you walk into the Salon, you are always greeted by a friendly staff and made to feel welcome. I have always gotten a great haircut and color. What I really appreciate is if the color is not quite what I wanted, my hairdresser is always willing to work with me at no extra cost. She will always take the time to make sure I am happy with the results. She will go the extra mile and say think about and come back another day if I am still not satisfied. There are very few places that would do that. I never have to worry about leaving unhappy.
My elderly mother was visiting from out of town for a few months and went on a weekly basis for a shampoo and set. All the staff within a very short time knew my mom on a first name basis and made her feel welcome and wanted. They still ask about her to this day.
As a woman, you always want your hair to look nice - there is nothing worse then having a haircut you dislike. It's great having that comfort and confidence with your hair dresser. I would highly reccomend this salon.
