Ray is the best transmission specialist I have ever been to. He is honest strait forward and wont nickel and dime you. Bigger shops will take your car and then send it to rays for the work and charge you a hefty fee. I say go to the source, cut out the middle man. He also now other specialist in the area that can do other work such as exhaust, paint, ect. I consider Ray "my mechanic" and hes never done me wrong. I just wish he did brakes and tires too.
