Review content:
After scheduling service with Harmon - they answer the phone as Glass Doctor - they called the day they were supposed to fix my windshield and rescheduled due to a sick technician. OK. Fine. Rescheduled for the next morning between 10:00 and 11:00. But nobody showed up. After calling their office and being told that they were "on their way", they're still not here, and it's 1:30. If you want your day wasted by waiting for a technician to come out, by all means call these guys!
