Powerhouse is absolutely the worst gym I have ever been a member of, in regards to service and the way the employees treat loyal customers. I will not get into the specifics of my personal experience in fear of retribution, but when I had an issue with the gym I was cursed at, physically threatened and given the cold shoulder by not just one employee, but top management as well. In addition to this, the gym is constantly overcrowded and it takes a very unreasonable time for certain machines and workout areas to free up. It is also next to impossible to obtain a locker, and a lot of the exercise machines keep breaking down, which sometimes takes weeks to fix. Many customer vehicles in their parking lot have also been either stolen or broken into. Overall, I give this gym a very negative review, and advise to seek membership at one of the many other gyms in the area.
