Finallay a taxi company in santa monica have a wheel chair accessible van.Before now it was only LA cabs who did & believe me it's not a pleasure dealing with those guys,I have to wait more than an hour to get a cab even thou i have made a reservation the night before,a lot of times i miss my doctor appointment & most of the drivers are rude,they don't care if you elderly or on a wheel chair,but i didn't have a choice till now.
I saw Metro Cab wheel chair van & gave them a call.What a difference
1) the dispatcher was so nice & polite.
2) the driver was patient & courties & took his time helping me in & out.
3) they were at my door on time.
Now i am telling all my friends about Metro Cab.
Great service ,highly recommended.
