New Orleans would not be New Orleans without pralines. Although the correct pronunciation (Prah-leen or Pray-leen or even Plah-reen...) might be a perennial dispute, the correct taste is not. Aunt Sally's makes theirs in an old-fashioned way - hand-poured, praline after praline onto marble surface. Lucky for those of you who can not make it here they also sell them online - to see all the wonderful flavors, log onto www.auntsallys.com and explore. And when you are in town, come and see how those great, sweet treats are made!
