Businiess name:  Chace's Pancake Corral

Review content:
My girlfriend and I searched and searched for a non-chain breakfast place that doesn't feel the need to be fancy and turn french toast into vanilla-enfused, almond-encrusted ridiculousness. We came across Chase's. The food was quite good. Nice, not-greasy basic breakfast fare with lare pancakes and perfect hash browns. And when I ordered my bacon well-done, it actually came pretty crispy. It's not cheap, but it's fairly well-priced. My only complaint is the same complaint I have everywhere I go. Why can't anyone make a breakfast with one or two pancakes, half an order of hash browns, and two slices of bacon? That's all I ever want and I always have to cobble it together from sides and entrees and complicated trades with others at the table. That aside, I was pretty happy with Chase's. Not sure if it's worth the drive over the bridge, but it's pretty good.
