Businiess name:  Meyerhoff Symphony Hall
Review by:  Paul H.
Review content:
The Meyerhoff Symphony Hall is a beautiful looking hall with somewhat less than beautiful acoustics. Sound engineers have been tinkering with it ever since it was built though I think now they have it about as good as it's going to get. They have removed features and added others in an effort to get the sound as perfect as possible from all points in the hall but there are still some sections where you can hear some parts of the orchestra better than others. Still, it's better than many and looks count for something, too. They do a variety of programs so there's something for everyone. The lobby is spacious and welcoming and you can get scrumptious desserts, snacks and drinks. There's also a little gift shop with beautiful arty things plus a good selection of CDs.
