I just got my first massage at Massage Envy last week and wow, it was amazing!! The therapist, I believe her name was Melissa, really listened to my back and neck problems and catered to them. I felt like a new person walking out!! I would recommend Massage Envy to anyone!!

The only time I was able to get in was with an appointment, even though they say they take walk ins. The hair salon was very busy and the stylists were very professional. I overheard a few consultations while I waited for my technician...they are very thorough and it seems they want a great understanding before they start cutting and styling. Which is probably what helps their customers get exactly what they want with fewer touch ups needed. The technician who did my wax was thorough and did a great job. This was the only place I found in Virginia Beach who did waxing the way I wanted. I found them very professional and friendly.

The staff was fine, if a bit hurried the day I went in. I can't remember the exact day but I'm pretty sure it was a weekday. I'm not sure the wrap does exactly what it says it does, I think it just temporarily constricts the body tissue. It was definitely interesting, and it did work. They measured in several places, I forget how many, and I overall lost several inches! The process is strange, you are in there so tight you can barely think to move. I felt a little itchy with the product/solution stuff on...but she told me that meant it was working and I had no ill effects. I looked GREAT for my formal! And the dress fit just fine with absolutely none of that horrid "sucking in" to get it on.
