I used to arrive to this store every weekday when it opened before my early classes. I know every staff member by name and the whole crew is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend going to this SHORE DRIVE Starbucks simply for the excellent staff and superior service. Clean,friendly,organized,comfortable. This is the best Starbucks i've ever entered in the United States.

I'm a former Batista and recently visited this bucks. The ladies behind the counter were very rude. I had to wait a long time for the coffee to brew and still had to pay. ALSO the nonfat milk container had whole milk in it. I didn't complain, but just asked if I could have a little nonfat milk. Then when they asked why, I told them. AND one very rude woman said "That's not true." and gave me a nasty look. I know the differences in milk, lady. I worked at bucks for years. But I also recognize your nasty, apathetic work attitude. Don't go to this bucks if you want good customer service... There's a better bucks .3 miles down the road. That's where I'm going next time. What a crappy start to a Good Friday... What would Jesus do? Probably wouldn't talk back to nice customers.
