I am aware that DF is known for their excellent moles. However, my girlfriend and I went there last week and tried out the ceviche starter and WOW was it delicious. The ceviched starter came with 3 different fresh fish ceviched offerings with different flavors. Each one was absolutely scrumptious and the fish taseted as if it had been fresh caught. For entrees we had the tamales and motulenos. We were both very pleased by the complex flavors in each of these dishes. Last but not least, this place had some interesting and delicious cocktail offerings. The "Tropical Heat" is a well balanced mango drink mixed with serrano chile infused tequila. I was hesitant to order this drink thinking the the chile tequila might override the mango taste and come off too spicy, it was not. Also, the "Amorcita", a drink made with strawberry infused tequila was very tasty. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my next dinner there! Pros: Ceviches and infused cocktail drinks
