I purchased a high quality treadmill from this company. The range of sports equipment in store is huge and their prices are very competitive. The staff were useless and very lazy in helping you with questions you have about some equipment. About 6 months later I wanted to book an appointment with their service depatment to get the treadmill serviced, and was given an appointment for 4 weeks later. The person never showed up to the appointment even though I took time off of work to wait for them. I never re-booked the appointment with them I decided to use a private company to service the treadmill and they did a fantastic job.
PROS: huge range of equipment at good prices.
CONS: Bad service in store and with th equipment service department
