I had been there before for minor maintenance issues but this exprerience has left me in the position reluctant to return. \r
Check engine light was flashing and was told I had one bad ignition coil, & another was going bad, but they recommended that I changed all 6 along with the spark plugs. I got a tune up as well... almost $1000 total. That's a good amount, but because I am concerned with the maintenance of my car I did what was recommended. \r

Going over my itemized bill later, I realized there were extras on the bill that were not mentioned to me in the consult (i.e. a battery analysis...but my battery was a month old). I called beforehand and spoke with the same guy that did my consult and paperwork when I first brought my car in. Over the phone, he quickly agreed to refund me for a couple of the items on my bill as if he knew I shouldn't have been billed for them. I returned to the store to speak with a manager, who I was told wouldn't be able to see me.\r
