Review content:
Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors completely re-floored my home. They installed Berber carpet in the bedrooms, closets, and living room. In the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and entryway they installed vinyl plank flooring. Also, they put in a subway tiled back-splash in my kitchen. They did the carpet in three days and the vinyl in two days. They arrived on time and cleaned up well when they were finished. I thought the prices were reasonable.
I dealt with Dave in the store and I told him what I wanted. He recommended different products and I went from there to select what I needed. He also answered my questions about taking care of the floors. For example, he recommended the best type of vacuum for Berber carpet, and explained how to clean the vinyl.
Dave called every day the workers were here to check in with me and see if I was satisfied. I also felt that the workers themselves really wanted me to be happy and satisfied before they left. I felt like I was in good hands having them do the job. They were professional and knowledgeable. They are currently helping me get support for an issue with the flooring. I also appreciated that they traveled an hour and a half to my house. Excellent experience overall.
