I'm reasonably happy with the service I've received at Stevens Creek Nissan, but over the years, I've found it's very hard to get calls answered, service appointments set up, and it's essentially impossible to get calls returned (I've only had 2 calls returned for 10 messages left, which really isn't very good for most businesses). If you're willing to put in the extra effort, and Stevens Creek Nissan is much closer than other Nissan dealerships, then it might be worth the extra work to save commuting time during service visits.
