I have been with Allstate Insurance claim free for many years. Unfortunately, during the windstorm in Feb 2010, we had 2 trees fall on our home, through the roof. Allstate had someone out to close up the roof opening within 1 hour of the destruction. They had an adjuster out within a few days, and the repair check in hand 2 days later. My agent Ronn Hall gave me his home phone number so that I could reach him with any concerns. The claims process was extremely smooth and quick. Now, if the rains will let up and my contractor gets the work done, I will get to write a review on his work as well.
