Review content:
We had a backed-up toilet Saturday evening, and called Roto-Rooter because of their 24 hour service. We were given a 4 hour window, which turned into a 6 hour wait until service came. However, I was impressed that the dispatcher called to let us know the new schedule. Our toilet was augered (?) and worked fine. We used their 7 day guarantee when the toilet backed up 2 days later. \r

The technicians (Dwayne, Chris and Dave) were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is the second time we've used Roto-Rooter and have been very pleased both times.
