I could not agree more with the issues about how customers are treated. I was told about this place and was excited about finding it - until I encountered the woman that has been mentioned in previous posts. \r

As a previous owner of a consignment shop, I understand that you can't expect for them to take everything that people bring in, but there is no excuse for the ATTITUDE. \r

Her poor treatment of not only me, but to my grown daughter has made me boycott the place. \r

Although it is very far to go, I now take all of our merchandise to Finders Keepers in Decatur. Their customer service is worth the drive. \r

Because I am in the real estate rental business, I typically have 3-4 rooms of furniture to consign a few times a year. I have never tried to consign junk - and Finders Keepers has always taken and turned everything quickly. \r
