Use these guys at your own peril.\r Any of the ratings here of 1 or 2 stars can be added together to express my dissatisfaction. Don Marcum Pool-Care installed a pool cover for me in 2006. Prior to which they delay my builder for 6 weeks, did not position the pool as we'd agreed, after all that - managed to NOT position the rails square, ie, a trapezoid if you will. Had I not caught it my concrete guy would have poured it so that NO cover could have ever been installed. Mindless, a simple diagonal cross check measurement was all it took, and for lack of that I would have been totally screwed. The following year they did show up to check the equipment for $170.00. The next year after telling us their sewing machine was broken, 10 week later they showed up after 6-8 calls. repair was satisfactory. Any further calls for help or repair went unanswered and we've not seen them in years now. Had to get a contractor to come from Indianapolis for repair and new cover material. I'm not a neop
