I am very disappointed in cusotmer service!! I recieved a gift from a friend and my package (although it contained the so called frozen gel pack), the Sweetheart box came full of a melted mess of chocolate stuck to a package of nuts. It was inedible and had to be disposed of. When I called the company to tell them this so they would be aware of just how hot Florida is, I was told "they have never had a complaint before and thank you for calling." Is that good cusotmer service? Believe me, the last thing I need over the holidays is my very own box of chocolates; however, the offer would have been nice to receive.
