Here is my simple story. I lost my bottom whitening tray. So I asked Bakersfield Dental Group how much it would be to replace. I told them I still had my mold so taking one wasn't necessary. I just needed the little plastic tray for my bottom teeth. My price: $90. Really? Wow. \r

So I then went over to another dentists office, who shall remain nameless, I am not a fan of slander...and long story short this dentist made my bottom tray for free. Now granted, I didn't expect Bakersfield Dental Group to do it for free. But considering the money I had already spent with them to do the whitening, their $90 statement wasn't very tactful.\r

Bottom line is this office is all about money. They really don't seem to care about much else. There are so many other dental offices to choose from...I would recommend looking around. There is really nothing that stands out about this place. \r
