...my new favorite place in Ballard is Tart!!\r
I visited Tart for the first time on Saturday to have my hair and makeup done for a photo session with a group of girlfriends and I *LOVED* everything about it - the staff, the space, the prices, and most of all, the results!! (And Rocko the Pug...). The ladies of Tart are everything you've read on here and more. They were sweet, patient (we were a rowdy crowd), talented, and tons of fun. I will definitely be going back to Tart!
