Our dogs have been patients of Dr. O'Niell for atleast 15 years. We are so moved by the way Dr. O'Niell and his staff take care of our loved ones, it is important to my husband and I to reach out and let everyone know this. Wow, as I was reading over the comments about Dr. O'Niell, I was shocked and can't imagine anyone saying a mean spirited comment about him or his practice. Our dogs, as well as my husband and I, have ALWAYS been treated with respect and our visits have ALWAYS been pleasant and warm felt by Dr. O'Niell and his staff. From day one, we knew that our loved ones were in good hands and would be taken care of throughout their years. I feel compelled to write pages of our heart-warming, sensitive, as well as genuine caring experiences with his practice, but I will close in saying this: Dr. O'Niell has a wonderful and caring staff. Our dog is greeted by name (and so are we) every time we walk through the doors and we never had to wait long to be seen. Dr. O' Niell is compassionate in what he does and we never felt rushed during our visits. Did you know he also works beyond his hours at his practice if the need arises? On more than one occasion, he has taken our dog home on a weekend because she was so gravely ill and needed to be attended to 24 hours. Dr. O'Niell shared with us how he would stay up all night observing her and giving her the necessary treatments she needed. When my husband and I share this story, as well as many others, to our family and friends, their response is probably what yours is while reading this: WOW!! YOU HAVE ONE AMAZING AND SPECIAL DOCTOR! Our response is: YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT AND WE ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE HIM IN OUR LIFE!!
