Had a roach problem in a recently vacated rental house that I own. I own several properties and have used several exterminators in the past but this was the first time using Ohio Valley Pest Control. I was always a little skeptical before because they were always the cheapest (about half of most of the other companies) so I never used them before. But I finally gave them a chance because, after all, I am a fan of saving money and they said they guarantee their services. They came and sprayed and as usual the roaches came out of the wood work. The guy said they would probably not die right away but most of them should die within a few hours and he left. The next morning when I went back to check there were dead roaches everywhere. There were a few roaches still alive, but much less than when Terminix sprays. I was really surprised at how well they spray worked. I was going to wait a couple days before calling them back to kill the ones that were left. But the man called me first, the next day after he sprayed and asked if there were any roaches still alive. I told him yes there were a few left but most were dead. He said he wanted to come back and spray again for no charge. After the second time there were none left at all! It has been about two weeks since the second spraying and I haven't seen any more roaches since. I am surely going to be using them for future problems. There price was less than half of what Terminix and Orkin quoted and Terminix even wanted more if I didn't sign up for a 4 times a year service on that property! And Orkin wouldn't even come if I didn't sign a 2 year contract! And also those companies said they would charge half price if they had to come back a second time. Ohio Valley Pest Control came back for free to make sure they were all dead. I'm very happy. Money well spent.
