Global is a great addition to the Charlotte food scene. I love the fact that even though their food quality and ambiance would permit them to be snobby or arrogant, they aren't! They are truly attentive (but not overbearing) to every customer and the food delivers. I love the fact that the chef visits our table every time we're there--great touch. We've eaten at other so-called ""great"" restaurants in Charlotte and we've been ignored and underwhelmed. Global delivers on every front. If you haven't visited, make a reservation today!
