Review content:
Tonight was Margot's official opening anniversary. We who live in the hood are very thankful that she cooks in our turf. We have never had a bad dinner at Margot, and it seems that her touch becomes more deft with time. Tonight we had a small error in service, which was graciously corrected without the smallest of fuss. The wine pours are generous by Nashville standards, and the food concept and preparation are second to none in this town (or several larger cities in the region). Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and a neighbor as well! I don't mind waiting to eat at Margot's house --- if she runs out of something, she'll devise a dish equally yummy.
