I would like to begin with a simple warning; don't waste your money here, looks are deceiving, please spend your special day elsewhere. I think the only thing that saved this night was the tireless running around of my new mother in law trying to get everything right! Which means that she was not having a good time! When we first booked this venue they promised us a beautiful new outdoor venue. Showing us the plans the owner boastfully stated that this was nothing but a couple of months of work, and that it would be done in time. We planned our entire wedding around this and were stunned to see that a week before the wedding, it was little more than a dirt lot with some cheap columns with re-bar sticking out all over the place. Like a true business man he stated that there was nothing in the contract that obligated him to help us out and we could basically swing for it. He avoided us like we were carriers of the plague right up to the end. What a guy... We had to move our wedding inside which meant that the tables and chairs for dinner had to be set up in a rush after the ceremony. He claimed that 250 people would fit no problem, done it before a million times....yea right! You want a comfortable wedding in there I am here to tell you, 150 MAX. The security guard they have there was clearly drunk all night long. The guy was a train wreck! He kept drunkenly walking into our pictures and then giving us attitude when we asked him to move!! Also, don't let your wedding run a minute over the time allowed or they tell you to GET OUT. They will be all over you like they are kicking out some college kids from a keg party. Highly unprofessional. I hope you are not planning an indoor wedding even if it rains! This weekend was a rainy one, with puddles of water all over the place. Indoors and out. And finally, why they decided to paint on the weekend is beyond me. Many of the walls were unpainted and/or freshly painted. I hope no ones dress was ruined but i am sure we will hear about that in the next few days. Delightfully charming until the contract is signed and the money is in hand, the owner will promise you the world. He will deliver nothing. Don't forget, this is just a venue and the owner doesn't really care what you want for your special day. Be sure to read the contract in full before you sign. Pros: Nothing Cons: You name it buddy!
