Review content:
I try to do business closer to my home, but in the case of firearms I will no longer be able to patronize Morris Firearms in Yadkinville. The owner has a ""hands off"" policy when it comes to rectifying problems with the guns he sells. I bought a brand new weapon from him and had problems with it. I called to inform him and he informed me that I needed to deal with the problem myself through the company. I actually had to send the gun back to the company twice to have the problem corrected. He couldn't have cared less. In addition, he is quite impersonal. I have experience much better customer service at The Gun Store in Lexington. The owner is very knowledgeable and although he had never sold me a gun before, he was willing to help me with my gun issues and even allowed me to fire a brand new replacement gun before handing over my money. In my opinion, it is worth the extra drive time to insure I get the service that Morris Firearms failed to provide.\r
