Review content:
These are the rudest people that totally lie and when you tell them of the contradiction they insult you that you are being mean and not listening. They want more than 10% down, the home measurer adds inches to the rooms, and then you are told that if you don't put 50% down they can't purchase the carpet. I am still waiting to hear when the installation will be. I'm already out the measuring charge ($50.00) and the 20% down because they would not order unless they received more money. Just drive on by this outfit....I seriously doubt that they will be in business this time next year. I really wished I had checked the internet before I purchased the carpet.....DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID in doing business with them. I figure it will be months before my carpet is installed if the postings on this website are true. I will let you know when they finally install the carpet. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!
