I recently bought a whole house of hardwood and carpet from the Dublin Store , but came here for tile because they had it in stock and I was just in a hurry basically. I couldn't be happier with the service that I got from Tarik. It wasn't the largest purchase in the world , just a couple of bathrooms but the tile I got is gorgeous and the installation was fast and easy. I was done from start to finish in just a few day's and back on schedule. I'd recommend this store to all! more

Just bought some gorgeous carpet from The Floor Store. It was in stock and I caught a no sales tax deal. I couldn't be happier . I had previously had a great experience purchasing from the Pittsburg store a few years back, but went to the Concord store for my new home since it was close by. What a beautiful store! They have vignettes installed on their floors showing a wide range of prioducts, so you can see what it looks like installed instead of just looking at a sample. It really is TERRIFIC! I bought new hardwood floors from Stephanie - who is great :-) - & just like my lasty purchase in Pittsburg, great price & beautiful new floors!!! Thank you team at The Floor Store! more

i just purchased a house in concord and i have been to different store. They were either too rude or they did not have enough patience to give me the information i needed to buy what will make me happy. i stopped by the Floor store in concord and i have been helped by Susan who took the time to answer every question and explained to me the difference between laminate and wood , the advantage of having tile in my bath rooms vs wood. i took samples and came back two days later. Susan was off that day but Stephanie helped me. after about half an hour i made my final decision. they came & measure within 24 hours. Susan called me with the estimate and i did not have to go back i made my purchase over the phone. the material was in stock i didn't have to wait. the installation manager called me to schedule the installation at my convenience. the installers did a wonderful job. they were polite, on time and they worked very hard. at the end of the installation they asked me to inspect the job to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. it was over my expectations. the day after, the regional manager called me to ask me if i was satisfied with the customer service and the installation. my answer was: i will tell all my friends and family about this amazing experience i had at the floor store. I highly recommend the floor store. Great customer service, good pricing and great installers. more

These are the rudest people that totally lie and when you tell them of the contradiction they insult you that you are being mean and not listening. They want more than 10% down, the home measurer adds inches to the rooms, and then you are told that if you don't put 50% down they can't purchase the carpet. I am still waiting to hear when the installation will be. I'm already out the measuring charge ($50.00) and the 20% down because they would not order unless they received more money. Just drive on by this outfit....I seriously doubt that they will be in business this time next year. I really wished I had checked the internet before I purchased the carpet.....DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID in doing business with them. I figure it will be months before my carpet is installed if the postings on this website are true. I will let you know when they finally install the carpet. Buyer beware!!!!!!!! more

We had very bad experience with this store. Their produces are too expensive even though they told us we got a big discount. They tried their best to trick us whenever they could from the size of the order to the price of the side marterial. They became very rude after we placed our order. They are too expensive!!! Even with 50% discount still slightly more expensive than the other stores' regular price. Do your comparsion and you will know the truth. more
