I have had several issues with my 2 computers over the last few years. It seemed as if they never actually got fixed. The simply were appeased for a few months.
After some time I finally put my foot down and decided to part with my ""trusted"" (scarcasm) shop in Pompton Lakes and try a new computer facility.
I stumbled upon this company while searching for some service providers in my area and recieved an estimate. It turned out the technician was not kidding when he said they had the lowest priced estimates in the area.
When the technician finally investigated my computer he explained to me how the PC was never fixed the right way in the first place and that I could have it back in 24 hours ""done the right way"".
Turns out he was not joking, I recieved this service in Nov. of 2010 and I have yet to have a problem yet.
So, im going to save my 10% off coupon he gave me for when a family member is in need.
