Individuals like myself tend to feel rather intimidated by computers. Due to my age, I have not had the background in technology as many younger people do. Needless to say, whenever I have to call a technician for a matter, I tend to feel as if I am a sitting duck. My sister advised that I call this company and she raved about there service and how they are actually honest and affordable.
I called this company to have my ancient laptop serviced. When the technician came to my home he explained to me he could service the PC for $90.00 however he said he was worried if I would get my monies worth because the computer was still running Windows 2000. It was explained to me that it would be best if I purchase a new laptop. Due to age and compatibility issues.
The technician went over my options with what laptops they had in stock. Sadly, I did not like any of the laptops they had available.
To my shock, the technician actually starting looking online to find the exact laptop I wanted (I insisted that it be pink). He then directed me where I could purchase a good pink laptop.
I was only charged $40.00 for a diagnostic and I ended up purchasing the laptop from Best Buy. I am still shocked at how honest the technician was. It would have been so easy for them to simply fix my old computer and make some fast money. However, they did the right thing.
I am not going to forget how honest and fair this company is. It is difficult to find people who care so much these days!
