I just want to chime in to confirm what others have said about the Agnes B shop on 16th Street. The window displays are very nice, but that's where the ""nice"" ends. I saw a dress that I liked in the window. I didn't have time then, so I went back about a week later (about a week ago) to try it on. First of all, when I walked in, I was met with blank stares, like my presence was a nuisance. Not seeing the dress, I asked the sales lady about it. Responding as if my inquiry was incredulous, she said ""that was winter this is spring,"" which I took to mean that the dress was from the winter collection and they were now carrying the spring collection. It was only the second week of February, but OK. I really liked the dress and wanted it (without going into it, the dress was very unique and super cute), so I asked her whether the dress had sold out or if she thought it could be in another store, or if there might be anyway possible to get it. She squinted her eyes and looked at me in disbelief and actually said, ""what difference does that make?"" Huh ? I just left. Funny thing, there were 4 salespeople in the store but not a single customer besides myself. I guess that's the way they like it. Pros: Nice window displays Cons: Everything else
