If you are thinking about renting from this place, save yourself the trouble. The place is falling apart, and they don't seem to care. If you call in to get something fixed, they don't come when they say and offer lots of excuses. I have had a squirrel living in my wall since Thanksgiving! The gutter outside my door has been hanging off for six months. I walk through a waterfall when it rains. One time I came home from work to find the cable guy in my apartment with NO ADVANCED WARNING! That to me is troubling. They blamed that on the temp working in the office. These are just a few examples of the problems I have encountered.
