Businiess name:  Bellevue Air Cond & Heating Co

Review content:
Bellevue Air installed a brand new $4000 system last year. Never did work right. Never did heat up or cool down our den. Now we're having to spend $3000 repairing it. Naturally, the warranty does not cover any repair, and the Bellevue guy, knowing he botched the job, never called us back with an estimate. After getting estimates from Donelson Air and One Hour (""you don't trust me?"" - a bad sign) Air, we settled on Mid-South Air who says Bellevue totally screwed up everything. Of course it's the name of the game for competitors to criticize each other, but in this case, I think they're right. They worked for three days and made sure everything was working properly in every room - a First. You just have a gut feeling when someone is treating you right, and MidSouth Air seems to be doing that. Bellevue Air never did. For the first time in years our den is feeling the heat. The day after work was completed, another Midsouth guy came out to take a survey and make sure his coworkers did the job right. Another first. It's only been a couple days now and time will only tell, but so far I'm impressed with Midsouth Air and recommend giving them a try. Bellevue Air does not care. Cons: expensive, dishonest, shabby job
