After reading all the great reviews and seeing the ""Curly Hair Experts"" bit on the front page, I called and asked for an appointment with someone who really knew curly hair and could cut my thick curls. Whoever does the booking should probably be sat down and told that just because the stylist HAS curly hair, doesn't mean they know the first thing about cutting it. I needed help making mine more manageable, but left looking like a roadie for Van Halen. Also I'd just like to point out that even I know you don't cut bangs wet, and I don't have a beautician's license. Thanks for the giant hair that's not cut with my curl pattern and the inch of stubble on my forehead. I'm sure they offer great cuts for those fortunate enough to have straight hair, but the rest of us will have to look elsewhere.
