Having been a client of Brook Run Animal Clinic for over 25 years, I can honestly say I have had wonderful experiences each time I have called or visited there, without exception. Drs. Christian, Zaccaro, and all the others have seen every cat and dog I have had. We received a hand-written sympathy card from Dr. Z when our beloved Alex (16 year-old kitty) died and that was so special to us. The office staff is kind while remaining professional and efficient. The establishment is spotlessly clean and very loving and capable to both me and my furry friends. I am very grateful for all they do.\r
PROS: Professional, kind-hearted, efficient staff. From the doctors to the assistants to the office staff.\r
CONS: 30 minutes from my house. But worth the drive. I pass two other clinics on the way there.
