One year we had a horrific storm that took out many trees and blocked some of my neighbors in. Most of Maple Valley and surrounding area was out of power, including Good Earth Works. My husband and I decided to go out and see if we could purchase a new chainsaw somewhere to help clear our neighborhood of the blocking debris. We drove by Good Earth Works to see if they had power, which they didn't but they were still open!! I highly recommend this company.

My wife loves this store for quick pick ups. The one time I've been in, I got the most responsive and most knowledgeable clerk I've met in hardware. They do tend to be a bit more expensive than the big box stores though if you're looking for a lot of things for a big project.

Chevron always has a nice note on their readerboard. It is a larger station so there usually isn't a line at the pump. They also have free air which is nice! They are a bit pricey, but more convenient to get to than some of the other gas stations around.

My only complaint is the hours are not good. Otherwise the place is easy to find and and easy to unload. Prices seem to be about the same as every one else. I did have to wait the last time for a bit to get someone to load me with bark. I would probably return if I was in the area otherwise I have another place I go that is better.

This gas station is somewhat awkward to get to if you're on the wrong side of the road. It is right on the corner of a busy intersection, so it can be tricky to get in and out. It only has 2 pumps so you will be waiting if there is a line, and it is a small place to wait as well. The prices are lower than 2 of the other gas stations nearby, but not as low as Safeway's up the street.

He is very dependable and is willing to work with you on a project basis or on a routine maintenance plan. I have referred him to my neighbor. I have rented so many things from these guys. The have just about anything you can imagine. I have rented carpet kicker, paint sprayer, chainsaw, and have had them sharpen chains for my chainsaw. Prices are reasonable and you usually get the stuff for a good amount of time. They are always more than happy to answer any questions on how to use the items and help you load them. This is the place to go if you need to rent a tool you don't own or use very often.
