A few years ago Washington Mutual moved from being inside QFC to over by Safeway in it's own place. It is a nice, clean bank with ample parking nearby. When you walk inside you have access to the phone if you need to talk to a customer service rep. Next are the deposit slips etc. Then you wait in one line for a teller. There is a place for the kids to play (what a great feature!). They have 2 video games, books etc. The new type of bank they are striving for doesn't have one big counter, but rather individual stations. Another new concept is that the tellers don't have money at their station. You get a receipt with a number on it. Then you take it to a machine, type in the number, and wala there is your money! The staff is always friendly and helpful when i've been there. It's a nice place to bank at!

Highly recommend. Was kept informed throughout the process. I had three consultations before I decided on retaining this attorney. I felt comfortable and at ease with Mr. Labare. It definitely made the process much easier for me in a highly stressful situation. Worth the call & time you take to meet with him. You will retain him after you meet and speak with him. Very friendly office staff as well!

At the intersection of Kent Kangley Rd (516) and Maple Valley Hwy (169), also known as Four Corners, is a quiet and charming little bank across from Shakey's restaurant. The people who work there are good natured and welcome you upon entering, and everyone wanted to help me!
If you want a neighborhood bank where you don't feel rushed, don't feel like a number, like the bankers I remember when I was growing up, then this is the bank for you. (Some banks are just getting too big, too fast) I immediately built a rapport with my banker and after discussing my personal banking needs, I whole heartedly believe that she is a banking SME. We got to know each other and even found out that she lives in my community!
Really, in the age of technology, it's not an issue for me to have ATMs at every corner. All I need is a grocery store if I need cash, other than that - have debit card will travel. Their rates are competitive with the bigger banks, so, for me, it's service that makes a business stand out from the rest.
A few days after opening up a bank account(s), my sent me a personally signed welcome letter. You know it's little, but it's these little things that matter to me.

We tried Beckler Insurance since we were shopping around for new home and auto coverage. Beckler represents a wide variety of insurance carriers so you will get a good sampling of quotes. We found their response times to be incredibly slow and there was virtually no follow up.
They won't be who you contact in the event of a claim, so this might end up being less important. If you’re not in a big rush you could try these guys, otherwise look elsewhere for better service.

I just can't get over how impersonal the drive thru service at Bank of America in Lake Wilderness is. If you have transactions that a computer can handle, the tellers there are capable. If you have any questions regarding your account, usually someone that has a pulse can answer, they are incapable. I have given them chances, and each time the drive thru people are cold and impersonal! If they have a line, they can't handle the stress. No accommodation whatsoever. Haven't they received additional training? Is it management at fault? Or is it the extent of their capabilities as window tellers? Better yet, replace the tellers with drive-up ATMs, they can provide more information.
If you want a small town feel, go to the Bank in Four Corners. They'll take care of you.
