When we finally found this restaurant (look *behind* the Dunkin Donuts) on Penn's campus we realized that we walked by here many times and never knew this place even existed since it's off the street! Anyway, this mini-chain offers above average mexican cuisine in a nice non-chain like setting featuring leather clad menus, comfy booths, rustic iron sculptures and masks on the wall. Your entusiastic server will bring things like so-so chips, good salsa, and entrees including delicios, perfectly cooked steak and chicken fajitas, good quesadillas, and very good soft tacos. The soft tacos come with pretty good blue cornbread. The food is very fresh tasting and pleasantly not the least but greasy. Be sure to stop by during the week beteeen 2 and 4 PM or late nights between 11 and 1 as apparently all food is half price. All in all a pleasant find!
