Review content:
Not only was our house COMPLETELY run down, but we were charged a ridiculous amount of rent. This was obviously our fault for choosing to rent this property, but after asking for some repairs sadler told us that every problem we had in the house was our problem and we had to pay for it. They wouldn't send us utilities for months at time yet they would still charge us late fees on them even if we hadn't received them. When trying to talk to them about anything they were fairly smug and just sort of rude. If you're going to rent to college students you need to be willing to deal with them in a kind manner seeing as they are paying your salary. I gave them one star because it was required, but honestly they don't even deserve that.
